Unfortunately this does happen when trying to access through some direct links, especially in Bridges.
To access Films on Demand via the library home page:
- Go to the Library Home Page at https://www.rwu.edu/library
- Under Additional Resources, click on Databases A-Z
- Click on F
- Click on Films on Demand
If you are not already logged into your library account, you will be asked to authenticate with your single sign on information before being connected to Films on Demand.
